How to make Steak and Eggs Whole30 compliant

Steak and Eggs

The staple of an American breakfast steak and eggs. It’s been popular ever since I could remember my dad making it for breakfast when I was a kid it’s a whole30 popular meal today. You can get whatever bone-in steak you see on sale at the market. You can also use leftover steak from the night before. In my case, that is what I did. Eating more good fats to fill my stomach and eating less in quantity has helped me stay healthier. I realize post whole30 I need to continue to clean a whole30 diet as much as possible because it is what is best for my body. Do I love to indulge who doesn’t? However, I need to get back into the action of eating mindfully and clean.
