10 minute Fried Rice
What is the secret to making 10-minute fried rice?
It’s the 35 minutes you take to prep the ingredients like the white rice which needs to be pre-cooked (use a rice cooker!)
It takes about 15 minutes to chop up the green onions and the ready cooked meat, steam the frozen vegetables, and scramble your eggs. Have on hand all your seasonings to flavor your fried rice. Once all of that investment is made, the cooking time is about 10 minutes.
It’s worth the effort and the time to make your own homemade, fried rice because you can control your ingredients (i.e. what goes into it.) That’s empowering, don’t you think?
