Soba Noodles (buck wheat noodles)
Korean Spicy Cold Noodles
It’s a Korean Cold noodle dish that is popular in the summer. I eat it in the fall because it’s an easy lunch to make and it’s healthy!
Ingredients Serving size for two
1 package of Soba Noodles
2 boiled egg
1/2 of cucumber
pickled radish and carrots
Spicy Sauce 1-3 TBsp of each
Combine all of these ingredients in a bowl and stir it well.
Gochujang (hot pepper paste)
sesame seed oil
Korean Plum Wine
- Cook the soba noodles as the package directs. Boil water and salt it. Shock the noodles in ice cold water.
- Slice up the cucumber in match sticks form. Slice the boiled eggs in half and have the pickled radish and carrots out on the counter. Arrange, the bowl in nicely and add some ice cubs and Spicy sauce.
